AGM - 19th May 2010

Our AGM saw a change in our Office Bearers with guest Alison Martin D23 Governor and Guest Speaker.  DG Alison spoke of her commitment to Zonta International and her experiences involving travel, study tours and the joy of developing a network of friends across the globe.

The District Governor then swore in the Zonta Swan Hills Club's board for the 2010/12 bi-ennium.

Car Mystery Tour - March 21st 2010

Our Car Mystery Tour was held on a sunny autumn day.  Cars left from Darlington and travelled to York.  A very successful fund-raising event.

Some photographs taken at the picnic where all participants, both from The Darlington Theatre Players and Zonta Swan Hills, enjoyed in wonderful surroundings and weather.

December  8th December 2010 Christmas Dinner
 
At Christmas each year the members of the Zonta Club of Swan Hills gather at a special Christmas Dinner celebration to exchange small quirky gifts and wish each other a special and safe Christmas holiday season.

With no formal meeting scheduled for January, the club goes into recess until February of the next year.

Spring in the Valley - 10th October 2009

Zonta Swan Hills celebrated Spring in the Swan Valley with a champagne breakfast at the Mallard Duck.  The weather was perfect, the setting bliss, the company divine and the breakfast scrumptious.  A great morning and a super fundraising event.

Annual Awards Night - 18th November 2009

Zonta Swan Hills Annual Awards night saw the Study Assistance Grant be awarded to  Alganesh Weldearagay Gidey.   

Cardi Shearer from Student Services at Cyril Jackson Senior High School thanked Zonta Club of Swan Hills for their continued support for this grant.

The Young Women in Public Affairs was awarded to Suanlee Farrer who has just finished her Year 11 studies at Morley Senior High School.
